End the experience by enjoying all that you've prepared! You'll learn step by step how to make three different shapes of pasta from scratch! Everyone will have separate station with board, rolling pin, ingredients for pasta and glass of wine:)

• RAVIOLI stuffed with bursting of flavour spinach and ricotta filling, sautéed in butter, garlic and sage sauce.
• Green PAPPARDELLE (pasta Verde)
Both tossed in scrumptious and divine sauce – beef meatballs contrasted with cream, shallots and garlic in a white wine sauce.
For vegetarians I’ll cook amazingly delicious creamy wild mushrooms sauce.

We'll be in my private open chef's kitchen situated in Edinburgh’s historic Georgian New Town.
You'll be working by my site and I'll teach you few kitchen tricks! I'll provide aprons, gloves and boards suitable to accomplish cooking task:)
After cooking we will enjoy our creations with wine, tea, coffee, water or juice!
